The 11 Fountains of Friesland -2.
Two to go yet. Sneek and Ijlst. Leeuwarden was Cultural Capital of Europe in 2018. The idea was to place a fountain representing the identity of each of the eleven cities of Friesland. As things go, art is a matter of discussion. I have two more cities to visit.
